Rotary Youth Exchange
Rotary District 5630 encompasses the majority of central and western Nebraska from Highway 281 on the east to the Nebraska/Wyoming border with the exception of the communities of Scottsbluff, Gering, Morrill, and Mitchell in the far western part of the panhandle.

I met amazing people, not only from Spain, but from all over the world. Rotary Youth Exchange broadened my view of the world and caused me to be more open minded. I can now say I have a family on the other side of the world and can count on them for anything.
I took a leap into the unknown. After months of preparations, as I left Chappell, Nebraska I boarded a plane to my new home, Taiwan. The process of becoming an exchange student is not meant to be easy, but challenging. Rotary Youth Exchange changes lives every year and gives you the safety net that most programs lack.
I left my hometown of Hastings, Nebraska to begin my exchange year in Sweden. During my time there, I learned that everything that was told to me about youth exchange was true. Rotary Youth Exchange changed my life in a way that I can’t describe.
